Download Heckerped 1.0
December 1st, 2007 . by heckerpedYou can download the original version of Heckerped WordPress theme here.
You can get a Photoshop file of the header here so that you can add your photos to the random photo header function. Just upload your photos into the header directory.
It’s nice. Thank you. You’d better to have a demo page there.
Sorry to hear about the scumbag that using using your work without paying - what’s his name you should publish his name and site.
Anyway, thanks for this theme I am using it on my site! It is the cleanest theme I found that still had some color and style to it.
Thanks for the theme. I’m adapting it to our WP site - just getting it up and running. I notice the thin, light bar below the header and above the Home Page About bar. This shows up in IE, but not in Firefox and Safari on the Mac. Am I mistaken?
and, thanks again!
David - Hey Now - I can’t see that line that you are speaking about but that does not mean that it doesn’t exist!
What version of IE are you viewing it in?
do you have .psd files for the other images? (header, footer, search, submit) … I LOVE this theme but I want to switch the colors a bit.
Thanks
Sorry to hear of your bad luck with a client. Have you considered putting up a donate button for this theme? I have a folder of links to the donate pages of all of the code contributors to my site, and on launch day, I’ll visit each one and thank them for their contributions. It’s well worth it for the help
Oh and I also see the line that the first David is talking about under IE 6.0. It’s a light, slightly peachy looking line about 3 pixels high between the header image and the nav bar. It appears to go all the way across the outer container, maybe 3 pixels past the header/navbar on each side.
Possibly it’s something to do with the IE6 margin bug (where it adds things up differently from FF) and this is causing the header/nav bar to be pushed apart, revealing the background of the containing div? I’ll look at it when I get the theme ready for customization and comment back on what I find.
