Hey Now, I am happy to announce version 1.2 of the Blue Meanie free WordPress theme. Blue Meanie is a free theme that Conlan and I released about a year ago - and it needed some attention… It’s a variable width, liquid layout, stretchable type theme that I’ve always liked and judging by the number of support questions I get about it - it’s fairly popular.
Last week I whipped out a cool blog theme for a great guy named Marc over at My Credit Group. While this design is not necessarily my favorite style is is exactly what the client wanted, and therefore, a successful project.
I normally don’t blog each WordPress Theme I create ( otherwise that is all this blog would be about ) but this blog may be special - but not because of anything that I’ve done. I think this blog has the potential to have the best content created by the client of any theme that I have ever designed.
Marc has some great credit related content over there, not just the standard fluff, and it looks like there is a nice discussion building around his timely topics.

Yes, here it is, what everyone has been eagerly anticipating, the next free WordPress Theme from JTk. Okay, I’m kidding, I am not nearly that arrogant - but I do like cranking out the free WP themes when I can, and this is my latest.

When WordPress announced that WP 2 was coming, I decided that I needed to create a new free WordPress theme. Since WordPress’ release coincided w/ the purchase a new laptop I wanted the theme to look good on it’s really bright shiny screen.

Hey Now, allot of you guys have already seen this, but we have officially released the Green River WordPress Theme over on JTk.
I like it - it is different, trying new things, trying to continue to improve as a designer.
Painted Desert is a very simple 2 column, fixed width Word Press theme with the menu on the left hand side ( as it should be :^> ). It does feauture alternating background colors for comments, but no Sifr, no horizontal menus, no flash, etc. Just a smallish ( less then 100k including the screenshot.png ) simple good looking theme.
