Vegas Neon GirlOver on the Starling Travel Blog there is a good post by Laura Moncur about the Neon Museum in Vegas:

I only had one thing on my list for this trip to Las Vegas. I wanted to see the Neon Museum that’s on Fremont Street. I had never been to the Fremont Street Experience, which is a travesty since I’ve been to Las Vegas so many times. There were only two interesting things at the Fremont Street Experience. One of them was Deep Fried Oreos at Mermaids and the other was the Neon Museum.

The Museum’s mission is to collect, preserve, study and exhibit neon signs and associated artifacts to inspire educational and cultural enrichment for diverse members of our international community.

Not sure how much cultural enrichment one would glean froma trip, but it sure does look fun.

Classic Vegas is the swinginest place on the Internet! This site is dedicated to posting best in classic entertainment, Las Vegas style.

If you want pirate ships and roller coasters you’d best be going somewhere else. This site is all about sun, fun, slot machines, and the entertainers who made Las Vegas the Live Entertainment Capital of the World.

Doesn’t look like it has allot of new content, but it is worth a click anyway. Anyone have any better vintage vegas links? I also particularly like The Las Vegas Matchbook Collection.
